Personal Background:
Susan has lived in Cranford since 1973. She grew up in Rahway and graduated from Mother Seton Regional High School in Clark. Susan graduated from the University of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State). She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and also received her Teacher of the Handicapped certification from Kean University. A very active volunteer, Susan is a member of the College Women's Club of Cranford, the Cranford Prevention and Welness Allaince and the Cranford Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Board.  Susan was active for many years with Boy Scout Troop 178 and Troop 80 and past president of the Bloomingdale School PTA. Susan has been a volunteer and supporter of the Raphael Life House in Elizabeth. As a longtime area resident, Susan has an in-depth knowledge of her market territory. Susan is well informed about local school systems, recreational facilities, and the quality of life available in Westfield and the surrounding towns.

Professional Profile:
A true professional and proven sales leader, Susan has been awarded a lifetime membership in the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club in recognition of achieving the NJAR Real Estate Million Dollar Sales Club Award for more than ten years. She is a member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, and has served on their Education Committee since 1994. Susan knows the importance of continuing education to her career. She has a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute)as well as the SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. She has been a Realtor since 1981. In addition to her sales associate license, Susan completed the additional educational hours, sales transactions and licensing exam to obtain a NJ Broker's License in 1989. In 2000, Susan completed the Historic Real Estate Program presented by The National Trust for Historic Preservation signifying her training in the designation, regulation and classification of historic properties.
